Workers' Compensation A list of criteria is applied to determine whether files are developed appropriately. This includes investigation to determine if a case is AOE/COE, obtaining AWW and other essential details as well as medical monitoring, compliance with OBAE, medical bill review, lien management, obtained QME or AME notes where appropriate, reserving, cost controls, payments and disposition. In addition, we review the legal management of files in litigation. Our goal is to determine whether the files are handled in a way that is consistent with insurance industry standards.
